HostAssassins Policy of Uses

This policy represents the Terms of Service in its entirety and will be applicable to all your transactions as a ‘Customer’ with ‘HostAssassins.co’ as a whole. This policy supersedes any oral promises made by HostAssassins or its staff. If you as a customer have reached an agreement with any of HostAssassin’s official representatives, please make sure they are provided in writing; else they will not be considered valid. Please read these terms of service in entirety and carefully before you buy any of our service(s). By buying any of our service(s) you expressly imply that you are bound by the terms listed herein.

General definitions: ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Provider’, ‘Company’ or ‘HostAssassins’ represent HostAssassins.co. ‘You’, ‘Your’, ‘Client’, ‘Customer’ and ‘Member’ represent a person or entity who buys services from us.

Content storage and backup policy: All the contents stored on our server(s) by the customer(s) are at the sole risk of customer(s) and HostAssassins does not have any liability towards keeping the backups of such content. It is the responsibility of the customer to take regular backups of the content stored on the server(s).

Service Delivery: We will manually activate your service within 3 hours after confirmed payment, be patient.

Cancellations: We will manually cancel your service when there is no confirmed payment 5 days after the due date of the invoice. The service will be wiped of all data due to customer privacy and safety. Restoring any lost data is absolutely not possible.

Payment disputes, chargebacks and refund: All payments for services or fund deposits are final. We do not refund, never. In some cases of non-fonctional services, refund in terms of credit which can be used for later purchases can be made. Depeneding on the case we might aswell make a fund refund back to payement wallet. All cases are decided by admin and you need to open a ticket for any trouble.

Limitation of liability: HostAssassins cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, disruptive or other consequential damages including but not limited to loss in profits, damages related to corruption or deletion of files/website contents, e-mail data and database contents arising out of or in relation to this agreement or your use or inability to use PrivateAlps’s services due to any reason regardless of whether the customer is in contract or not even if we are informed/advised of any such possible damages in advance.

Amendments to terms of service: HostAssassins may, at its sole discretion, without any prior notice amend/modify this agreement from time to time as it may deem fit. Modified Terms of Service will be placed on the website PrivateAlps.net and those terms will come into force immediately for all existing and future customer(s). All previous terms would be superseded in such cases.

Acceptable Usage Policy

HostAssassins doesn't monitor what you do on your server, as long as it abides by these guidelines :

• No Child Porn (+16 Contents are accepted as per Terms to host Porn Servers)
• Terrorism or promoting hate speech in any form.
• Anything that interferes with our infrastructure or our clients is barred.
  (Hosting packages are allowed % of resource uses, if a project require 100% Resource use and utlizes over the limit bandwidth, we recommend subscribing to a VDS)
• Multiple uses of our services / Sharing of Account Access is not allowed, if found the account will be suspended without notice.

Termination of Service

HostAssassins reserves the right to terminate your access to an individual server or the entire Service at any time. Examples of when your access may be terminated include :

• Breaking HostAssassin’s Acceptable Usage Policy (detailed below) / Network policy.
• In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback.
• If continued access to your server is preventing other HostAssassins users from using the Service (Resource Hogging).
• Your server expires due to nonpayment.
• Your bandwidth usage far exceeds your stated limit and attempts to correct it with you by upgrading but have failed due to non-payment.
