How fast the order is delivered?

Normally, the order is delivered within 12 Payment Confirmations, or within 180 Minutes from the due of order time. In some cases this may be delayed, as such are Dedicated Servers which takes a minimum of 6 Hours (Pre-Setup) to 24 Hours (Required Setup) thus we ask all our clients to have patience until it has been atleast 24 hours in case of Dedicated Server Orders.

In some case, when the stock is under 15% and the order quote are over 15%, sometimes the system delays the quoted orders and might take upto 360 minutes, just so it can propagate some new ready packages to make sure the delivery is fulfilled and future orders are also be available to get completed. Even though, if in some case, you are worried, you can always send us a Ticket on our Billing Portal (fastest) to get the best resolution and get your service deployed within fastest available time. Please remember to make sure your Payment is 12 Confirmation away before you stock in a High Priority ticket with us, else, the system might halt it as a SPAM and the response might get delayed.

Do always try to double check by clearing your cache while checking the active status on our Billing Portal, adding our email (support@hostassassins.co/support@hostassassin.co) to your mailing list, to assure delivery email is recieved. Sometimes, even if cron takes time to cache on our website the service might get delivered directly to your email beforehand via our mailing agent.
