When an order is newly placed, it can take 12 Confirmations, or 180 Minutes to get it approved and activated, although sometimes you can expect a propagation time up to 24 hours. This is because sometimes our staff are out of timezone or we take time to verify the order quota and check if its already ready for delivery or it needs to be setup, most of the packages are Pre-Setup and are ready to be sent within Payment Confirmation time by the Automated Portal itself, altough if it takes time for the order to be Activated then you can ask our Live Support for further information. The actual time of propagation may vary in some locations based on your Timezone. We always recomend to wait atleast 24 Hours before raising any complains via our Ticket System for faster response.
